The girl who best understands the crossing of fashion + fitness is our very own #instababe Morgan Guth, who blogs and ‘grams her sartorial brilliance and “yoga every damn day” under The Well Dressed Work Out.
A Sydney gal who now drives on the intensity of Hong Kong as a spin instructor at XYZ, Morgan re-defines the word “movement”. When not pounding away on a bike indoors, she can be seen in neighborhood parks, on sports grounds, or rooftops, practicing impossible-looking headstands in the midst of the concrete.
A day the life of a wonder woman
I wake up on Square Street – the only street to live on the Island side (shout-out to my Square St Mafia!).
I don’t eat breakfast (awake too early to think about food), but always try and have a glass of water before my caffeine hit for the day (I only have one).
Nosh on a Sunday morning, always.
The new Genie Juicery in IFC is always keeping me healthy – 100% raw pressed juice at your fingertips.
I always listen to my playlists that are about to be blasted to the riders in my spin class at XYZ, the hottest spin studio in town.
Metropolitain in Sai Ying Pun always feels like a little escape from the city.
Get some time in on a yoga mat somewhere around and hang upside down on my head or hands.
EAT, SLEEP AND REPEAT.
